The Golden Rule

On today's show we had special guest, birthday boy, Emmitt. Emmitt shared incredible insights about living a life based on the values of the Black Belt Principles & the Golden Rule, and why today is called the present. He is only 9 years old, but he shares a powerful message about how to overcome fears and believe in yourself. Emmitt also discusses his hockey fight with his dad and the debate on who won.
