The Golden Year
from Better Call Eversoll Hosted by Cumulus Green Bay
The Green Bay Packers lost wide receivers Romeo Doubs (Patriots) and Dontayvion Wicks (Eagles) this offseason, seemingly opening the door for Matthew Golden to spread his wings in his second NFL season. The Packers extended Jayden Reed's contract, and plan to do the same with Christian Watson, cementing the trio of Reed, Golden and Watson as their top three wideouts. Marques expects big thigns for Golden in 2026. (or, as big as you can expect from a wide receiver in Matt LaFleur's offense, which tends to "share the wealth.") Meanwhile, we recap the 2026 NFL Draft in the NFC North with Michal Dwojak on the Bears to discuss Dillon Thieneman, as well as Nolan Bianchi discussing the Lions' picks of Blake Miller and Derrick Moore, and Andrew Krammer on the Vikings beefing up the defensive line and stealing a player on the Packers' radar(?!)
