Since 2022, Aaron has worked in the Physical Production department of the Live Action Feature division of Walt Disney Studios, helping bring big-budget theatrical releases to life. In 2024, he co-authored the first comprehensive industry guide to the portrayal of bi+ characters in film and television—a landmark resource for inclusive storytelling.
