Cheese curds sit well in our otherwise messed up digestive systems. For sure they don't provoke us to recoil like hummus does. But the hummus-hosts live in Chicago, and the comfort-foodies come from the Packers & Brewers' home state. The world confuses us. So we did what we do best: whine, giggle, and talk about Jesus.
