Forms of the word "vote" appear just 37 times in it. "Right" and "rights" appear just 15 times. Terms of money and ownership are included 103 times. The Constitution is about OWNERSHIP. Yet the 2nd Amendment does not contain the word "own" nor any synonym for it.
