The Gospel #1 - The Gospel

A drowning person needs a rope, not instructions on swimming. In Galatians 1, Paul says humanity is helpless in sin, and Jesus gave Himself in our place to rescue us by pure grace. Nothing people do, not good behaviour or even the strength of their faith, can add to Christ’s completed work.
