The Gospel According To John | "Finding Purpose in Suffering" John 9 | Pastor Isaac Morin

The sermon, delivered by Pastor Isaac Morin, explores the theme of suffering and its purpose in the Christian life. Drawing from John 9, the story of the healing of a man born blind, Pastor Isaac emphasizes that while suffering is not always explained, it is never wasted when Jesus is present. Key points include the assurance that Jesus sees all our suffering, the potential for God to use suffering to display His works, and the transformative power of obedience and faith. The sermon encourages listeners to focus on what God is trying to change within them, rather than questioning why suffering occurs. It also highlights the importance of community, prayer, and hope in enduring hardship, with a forward-looking perspective on suffering as preparation for future redemption. The message concludes with an invitation to trust in Jesus and His ongoing work in our lives.
