In the 6th week of our study of the Gospel of John Pastor LeeWood addresses John 5:1-30. LeeWood talks of how this text provides for us the next phase in John's account of Jesus life that represents a series of increasing conflicts between chapters 5-10. By looking at Jesus' healing of the invalid on the Sabbath, his statements to the Jews, and Jesus' clear claims we are brought to a point where we must decide if we believe that Jesus' claims to divinity are correct.
