According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration roughly 40,000 Americans die every year in motor vehicle crashes. About 20% of those are due to unlicensed drivers. And according to the estimation of the Federation for American Immigration Reform nearly 15% of that carnage are in states with a high number of illegal immigrants.But if that wasn’t enough....Picture this.... You’re cruising down I-95 with your kids in the back seat, the sun dipping low, you’ve got some random yacht rock mellowing you out. All is right in the world, when out of nowhere, an 80,000 pound rig barrels through a stop sign like it’s optional. No swerve, no brake just pure carnage and pointless tragedy. And when the dust settles, the driver behind the wheel? Some character from a separate reality jabbering in a foreign tongue from halfway around the world, handed the keys to a Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL) by a government that’s more interested in virtue signaling and turbo charging DEI than protecting the taxpayer and their family from harm. And somehow still able to get away with it. It being mass manslaughter.How dare they? How dare the bloated bureaucrats in D.C. and their state level enablers put innocent Americans in the crosshairs, all for the sake of flooding our labor market with cheap, unqualified labor that benefits their lobbyists? This isn’t policy, it is a failed get rich scheme that has already cost too many lives. And at this point how can it be anything other than premeditated manslaughter? A day of reckoning is coming. It’s inevitable. These families taken out by foreigners given CDLs who barely understand the road ahead much less the signs ending families that aren’t just statistics, they’re blood on the hands of a regime that’s sold out its own. It’s time to sue them into oblivion, strip away their sovereign immunity like the emperor’s new clothes it is, and make them pay for every shattered windshield and shattered life. But first, where did this nightmare begin? How deep does it run? And can we finally drag these traitors into court?
