Josh Shapiro says the state’s first comprehensive Housing Action Plan is designed to tackle rising home prices and limited supply head-on. A key piece of the proposal is a $1 billion critical infrastructure fund, financed through bonds, to support the construction of new homes and preserve existing housing across the state.
