Ron DeSantis is the Republican candidate for Governor in the state of Florida. He's running against Tallahassee mayor Andrew Gillum. On Wednesday, DeSantis says Florida doesn't want to "monkey it up" by electing Gillum. It's an obvious slur that is straight from the Trump playbook.
