Crystal Fulmer was pregnant with twins, but it wouldn’t end with two babies in her arms. A diagnosis of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome started a cascade of medical challenges, both physical and mental—and left the young wife and mom paralyzed with heartache and a feeling of hopelessness.

But then, God spoke.
