The Grace of New Beginings

Another year lived…and another year beginning. It is like we sit on a divide in this moment of time which connects us in both directions. What gifts of grace are you thankful for in this past year? What joys given to you by God’s grace? And as you look back on the year, where do you need healing, comfort, and peace? What wrong can you not fix or change because it is done and there is no going back? Where do you need a new beginning? And, conversely, what questions do you have concerning the coming year? What concerns, fears, and doubts? Where do you need grace in the coming year? Today, God would once again remind us that He has the past covered and in the new day of this year, we have a new beginning to live life in the AD – in the grace that we know in Jesus. The past is covered in grace! With great anticipation we look forward in this new year to what God, in His grace, will do in us, for us, and through us!
