The Great American Baking Show S6E4: Pastry Week

Ahhhh Pastry Week, where the weak are separated from the strong. This was one of the best episodes of this truncated season. They have hit their stride and I truly hope people are watching it because it is really that good. From scratch made pop-tarts, to churros, to pies it was a fantastic week in the tent.
