The Great Armageddon Debate a.k.a. Armageddon It

Acomi and Turk182, along with guest, Generic, pick up their conversation about why Armageddon (1998) is a far better movie than people give it credit for. Turk provides reference and explanations for viewers' misunderstandings. Generic says something that he thinks is an acceptable defense about DART.  With Acomi indirectly stirring the pot of contention, The Great Armageddon Debate falls short of a brouhaha, but knives were drawn, and threats were made.  Openly admitting that Armageddon (1998) is one of his favorite movies, not in the great Sunset Boulevard, Citizen Kane category, and has seen it over 20 times, Turk is prepared for this impromptu, where Generic is quite a versed on the movie. But, Generic isn't relying on the details of the plot to discount the movie; he's coming at it with hard science. SCIENCE!  Who will win? Who will lose?
