The Great Contrast: The Seated Christ pt 2

Jumping back into Hebrews 9 we come to verse 11 starting with "But Christ".  Everything mentioned before in this chapter, everything consisting of the Mosaic Economy comes to an end with "But Christ"!  The point of this passage is to show the superiority of the Lord Jesus Christ to the Old Covenant system. The writer, basically, says, "Why would you want to go back to an inferior type when you have the reality?"  So Christ's work is contrasted with that of the Old Covenant and we see the superiority of Jesus Christ and his work. Christ, as high priest, has entered the true tabernacle, which is heaven.  Everything is completed once for all!
