The Great Resignation: What it Means to be Efficient with Kaitlin Nares

from Grow Your Law Firm

Welcome to episode 182 of the Grow Your Law Firm podcast, hosted by Ken Hardison. In this episode, Ken sits down with Kaitlin Nares, Partner and Founder of Hagen Nares PLLC, to discuss what it means to be efficient during a time Kaitlin calls "The Great Resignation."  Kaitlin Nares is a partner and founder of Hagen Nares PLLC. Kaitlin is known for her compassion, professionalism, and clear communication. Kaitlin co-founded Hagen Nares PLLC as the culmination of her passion for the law and her desire to help families that have been severely injured at no fault of their own. Kaitlin empathizes with her clients because she identifies with her clients. As a mother, Kaitlin understands that countless people are waking up in the middle of the night worried about themselves or their injured spouses and children, mounting medical bills, missed calls from debt collectors, lost work, and the run-around from insurance companies. Kaitlin believes that these people deserve a caring and patient advocate. Kaitlin is experienced going toe to toe with the nation's largest insurance companies. These companies have chosen profit over safety resulting in catastrophic consequences for families. Kaitlin's area of expertise includes truck wreck litigation and traumatic brain injuries. These are some of the toughest civil cases. They require a mastery of the laws, regulations, science, and medical literature. Kaitlin is a trial lawyer and willing to hold these large companies accountable. Her goal is to change laws and policies to make our communities safer. Kaitlin prioritizes communication and understanding, and values honesty and trustworthiness. Kaitlin lays out for her clients the complicated process of collecting against insurance companies. She then educates her clients on their diagnosed injuries and paints a picture of their medically recommended long-term treatment needs. Along the way, Kaitlin takes over the frustrating, and many times, disheartening, phone calls with insurance adjusters. She communicates with her clients during each step of the process so they can make well-informed legal decisions. Kaitlin is trial tested and will advocate for your family.  Kaitlin serves on the board of Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the American Academy of Justices Traumatic Brain Litigation section.  Kaitlin resides in Denver, Colorado and enjoys exploring the Rocky Mountain region. Kaitlin loves spending time with her two babies- 23-month-old Brody Parker and 7-month-old Noah Kennedy.     What you'll learn about in this episode: ·         How Kaitlin started with her Law Firm ·         Why it's important to have a specialized area of practice ·         Learn how to build a good culture with remote employees ·         The importance of tracking monthly KPI's ·         Becoming more efficient with less meetings   Resources:   www.HNTrialLaw.com https://www.instagram.com/coloradolawyermom https://www.facebook.com/hagennares https://www.linkedin.com/in/kaitlinnares/   Additional Resources: https://www.pilmma.org/aiworkshop https://www.pilmma.org/the-mastermind-effect https://www.pilmma.org/resources https://www.pilmma.org/mastermind
