The Great TribulationBible Readings: Mark 13:14-23; Revelation 7: 9-17Summary: The Great Tribulation will be a terrible time. Soterrible, that if the Lord had not cut short the days, nohuman being would be saved. But for the elect, whom Hechose, He shortened the days. And they will conquer in theLord! In Revelation 7, John saw a multitude and asked whothese white-robed people were. He was told, “These arethe ones coming out of the great tribulation" (v. 14). Theseare the ones who have survived the trials of life. These arethe ones who have remained faithful even though life waspainful and hard. These are the believers who kept the faithin Jesus as their Savior and looked with all trials andpersecutions, with uplifted heads towards the Lord andcontinued faithfully in their service to give all glory andpraise to the Lord.Preached 01/10/23 PM service By Rev Lourens Nel
