I talk about my personal experience with the grey rock method. My mind was blown when I stumbled upon a random TikTok explaining what it was and let me tell you. MIND BLOWN. I had no idea there was a technical term to describe my coping mechanism to survive my past toxic relationships. I briefly go over another method called the Stonewall Method. This episode is raw, uncut, and unedited so I apologize in advance for my excessive use of curse words, rambling and getting off topic.
