Nicolette Richardson is the Founder and chief conversation starter of The Grown Up Millennial, a space that provides personal development resources for adults. She was born in Jamaica and studied in Canada, worked in behavioral health and journalism, and is a human rights advocate. She also has an eye condition that was caused by a misshapen, cornea, and multiple tares. Nicolette is just one of those people who I wants this world to be a better place, so that's why she's creating her own space for those who need it.
