The Guest Show. This week we have Errol McGlashan

from Stand Up Speak Out UK · host Ian Kalman

This weeks guest is Errol McGlashan. I have known him since 2011. I have been a comedian and an actor for years. Errol in my opinion is a great actor but he beats me in the in the form of spoken word. He is brilliant at it , I have written plays and monologues but the form of poetry eludes me. He was the spoken word artist of the year in 2019.Today Errol will be sharing his journey but he will also be talking about his one man show called Something to Take Off the Edge. A short precis of the show, Ezra and Terry flirt with Heroin , Chocolate HobNobs and Shakespeare while serving long term prison sentences in 1980's Britain. He has served time so you will be seeing truth. I have seen it , it is very good. He is now looking for more venues to take the show. There will be no charge as he is seeking a touring grant. All he needs is a commitment. Email him at [email protected] you find my podcast of interest, you might want to come on yourself , just contact me, if not join my mailing list.
