The Guild (2007-2013)

Before Felicia day became a household name by creating Geek & Sundry, appearing on Supernatural, and starring in the new Mystery Science Theater 3000, you could probably find her online playing World of Warcraft with her friends. She played it so much in fact it inspired her to create something of her own. Welcome to Season 2 Episode 72 of Digital Dissection: A Nerd Podcast! Today, Mark and Joe are joined once again by Mark's brother Nate to discuss Felicia Day's early web series "The Guild!" We talk about how the show came together, the diverse and hilarious cast of characters, and how a seemingly simple show about people who gamed together represented a little something in everyone who watched it. Be sure to download today's episode to reminisce about a great web series and be sure to check out The Guild on YouTube if you haven't seen it for yourself!
