Mark 6 Key Idea: Sin creates guilt, and the solution to a guilty conscience is forgiveness, which Jesus freely gives to everyone who repents. Vs 12-16 Habitually doing what you know is wrong will harden your heart, and can ultimately destroy your ability to respond to God. Vs 17-20 People who love their sin hate God and His people, because God’s word convicts them of sin and corrects them with a guilty conscience. Vs 21-23 Pray before you promise, otherwise your promises may lead to irrevocable regrets.
