The Halaf Culture

This week we give an overview of the Halaf culture that established itself in the upper Tigris River Valley and spread to occupy land to it's West, North, and Southeast. Not to mention spreading it's material culture well outside of these bounds. We go over what we believe made the Halaf the Halaf, their pottery, statuary, agriculture, and architecture.
