Francis Ngannou finally achieved what seemed inevitable a few years back, by knocking out Stipe Miocic at UFC 260: Miocic vs. Ngannou 2 and becoming  the UFC Heavyweight Champion. In the first half of this week's show we recap that fight, the possibility of Jon Jones getting the first crack at Ngannou, and the rest of the results from the card. Then in the second half of the show we discuss UFC returning to live crowds next month, the return of Miesha Tate, Bellator's first event on Showtime, and Jim Miller's comments on pay from his UFC 258 that was cancelled. Finally, in our Hammer History segment, we look back 500 episodes to late May 2011, and the kind of underwhelming UFC 130: Rampage vs. Hamill.
