In the first half of this week's show we preview the entire UFC 289 card, including UFC Bantamweight Champion Amanda Nunes vs. Irene Aldana, an incredible Charles Oliveira vs. Beneil Dariush fight, and a bunch of our local fighters up and down the card. Then in the second half of the show we discuss the rest of the week in MMA including The Ultimate Fighter, PFL 4, Fight Circus, and other nonsense. Finally, in our Hammer History segment we look back 500 episodes to early July 2013, and which one of us actually picked Chris Weidman's to win the UFC Middleweight Championship from Anderson Silva, as well as an interview with soon-to-be UFC fighter Alex Ricci.
