With the holiday season upon us, the UFC is putting on deeper than average televised fight cards again, including this weekend's UFC on ESPN: Dariush vs. Tsarukyan.  We preview that event in the first half of this week's episode.  Then in the second half of the show, it's the announcement that we've all been waiting months for.  PFL has purchased Bellator.  We discuss what we know so far, the potential for the future, as well as the results of the 2023 PFL season finals. Finally, in our Hammer History segment we look back 500 episodes to late December 2013, and our reaction at the time to Anderson Silva's horrifying leg injury in his second fight with Chris Weidman.
