Back in the 1990's we had tonnes of handheld gaming devices on offer, Nintendo Game Boys, SEGA GameGear, Atari Lynx, Neo Geo Pocket & more... Slowly, over the years, handheld devices diminished until it was just Nintendo & Sony left, until Sony decided to leave the race too crowning Nintendo as king. Fast forward to now and we're seeing a resurgence of handheld gaming, in our opinion paved by the success of Nintendo's hybrid console, the Nintendo Switch.
