Bill and Dorothy Wacker, Despite being quiet, unassuming people, they’d been subject to a campaign of harassment which began in 1984 by an unknown assailant for over a decade. there were many bizarre things that happened including an unknown white man appearing at the door who assaulted Dorothy, a stolen .22 gun reappearing on the doorstep along with all the other stolen items over time, a cryptic messages written in crayon in the house and loud banging noise on the side of the house and notes left on the porch.the real question is who harassed Bill and Dorothy and more importantly why?the case to this day remains unsolved...
