1st Mix of my latest, may contain traces of swearing! The Hard Sell Sat on the bank by the River Lean Enjoying the day with my kids on the green But the hoodlems in grey just wont go away I asked them to refrain from such profanities again and again, I even said please Punched one in the face Yet 'Im' the disgrace But all i ever want to do Is stay at home and grow my food and drink beer And curl up with the missus too and pen a silly song or two and drink more beer But Every time I think all is fine Something comes along and says no Too good of a life So heres some more strife Stick that with your worrys and your woes Im tired of saying 'oh well, that is life' I went for a job but it didnt go well I wasnt equipped to make the hard sell They were asking weird questions it was natural selection I went to the pub for a pint ot two But hoodlems in grey, well they were there too Well what could I do?
