This week on Who’s Tom & Dick, Martin and Patrick are joined by Alex — a courageous guest who opens up, for the very first time, about living with erectile dysfunction and the many challenges that come with it.

Alex talks honestly about the shock, shame and frustration that often surround ED — a condition that affects millions of men, yet remains hidden behind embarrassment and silence.

He shares the reality of trying to find help in a system that doesn’t always listen, the strain it can put on relationships, and the mental health battles that come with feeling “less of a man”. Martin and Patrick dive into the wider issue of men’s mental health, asking why so many blokes still find it easier to talk about football, cars, or the weather than their feelings.
