In the 29th episode of The Hardline Sports Talk, the guys start off with some announcements and some changes with the podcast. They do however start talking about baseball and get into the Mets and their circus show with Javy Baez and their players giving their fans the thumbs down. The Yankees have the wild card spot as of now but have their eyes set on a division crown as they try to catch the Rays and they also go around the league as well. (19:40) After the break, the guys get into some NFL talk as they break down the Giants offensive performance from their starters in the first half of their final preseason game on Sunday night. Daniel Jones had a very predictable Daniel Jones performance and so did their offensive line. (37:02) They also talk about Jets football and the expectations for this young team and also how the rookie quarterbacks will fare in their first year.
