Depending on the story this entity has made it's pass at being evil, possibly demonic, a watcher and a couple of other descriptions as to what it truly is. That's the thing who and what exactly is the Hat man? There has been spans of stories across the entire globe of this entity. An all shadow figure, brim or top hat, and a trench coat. There's variations as to red glowing eyes or no face at all. Either way in this episode we are breaking it down and specific theories that has been floating around.
