The head of Allegheny County's Public Defender's office is off the job for now with pay. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that's while officials conduct a human resources investigation into Lena Bryan-Henderson. A spokesperson for the county declined to elaborate to the newspaper about the investigation. She was appointed to the post by County Executive Sara Innamorato early last year.
