🎙️Co-Host: Jennifer Lee | Reiki Practitionerhttps://balanceandbirch.com/jennifer/🎙️Co-Host: Allie Aschmann | Hypnotherapist & Spiritual Coachhttps://balanceandbirch.com/allie/In this episode, Allie and Jennifer share their personal experiences with healing and the tools that supported them along the way. Allie found support through Hypnosis and Inner Child Healing, while Jennifer used Reiki to help reconnect with herself, heal old wounds and navigate her healing journey. The healing journey isn’t always linear and it isn't always easy. There are moments of growth, setbacks, breakthroughs, and lessons, and learning to trust the process can be one of the hardest parts. Healing is rarely a straight line. There are moments when you feel like you’re making incredible progress, followed by days when old emotions, fears, or patterns seem to resurface. And that’s okay. Healing isn’t about becoming a completely different person or never struggling again, it’s about learning to understand yourself, give yourself grace, and trust that every step is part of the journey. In this episode we discuss:⭐️What does healing look like? (it's not linear: note that everyone heals differently and on their own time- there is no right way)⭐️Our healing journeys and what we used⭐️What growth looks like⭐️Finding what works for you⭐️Trusting the processHealing looks different for everyone. Trust that your journey is unfolding exactly as it needs to, one step at a time. While our paths looked different, both experiences highlight an important reminder: There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. What works for one person may not be what another person needs, and that’s perfectly okay.Sometimes healing means moving forward. Sometimes it means slowing down, resting, feeling your emotions, or revisiting something you thought you had already healed. The goal isn’t perfection; it’s progress, awareness, and learning to trust yourself through it all. Your healing journey is uniquely yours. Give yourself permission to take it one step, one lesson, and one moment at a time.💬 Join the Conversation:Where are you on your healing journey?
