In a follow-up to the Healing Power of Ayahuasca episode, co-hosts Ali and Tiarra continue exploring the power of the healing plant medicine by going to a healing session as a pair. In this adventure, Ali participated in her first session and Tiarra, her second. For Tiarra, the session was much different than the first and she was able to overcome a trauma block that impacted her experience the first time. Ali's experience was very unique in that the medicine didn't align with the intention she set initially. The ladies share what they learned and the medicine's impact, everything from the music, what others were experiencing and what the shaman's team shared gets touched upon, as well as why it's so important that integration be included in any session.
