The Healing Power of Birth Story Processing and Postpartum Blessing Ceremony With Rachel West

In this episode I sat down and spoke to Rachel West who is a Doula and Childbirth educator in the San Antonio area since 2015. In addition to holding a Master's Degree in Sociology, she is certified as a Lamaze Childbirth Educator, Labor and Postpartum Doula and Hypnobirthing Educator. Accompanying her local birth work, she also occupies the position of Implementation Advisor for group prenatal care at Centering Health Institute. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys baking, tending to her little garden, spending time with family, practicing yoga and Tai Chi, and overwhelming her dogs with love and affection.
