In this episode, Armelle shares the importance of forgiveness and how it can play a hugely transformative role in your life. She shares about her experience with a recent run-in with a previous boyfriend. She highlights how they could not be there for each other because they were not there for themselves and that is the root cause of why the relationship did not last. They did not see each other for over 20 years – Armelle goes on to share about the reconciliation that eventually came between the two of them which led to her ability to let go of the hurt and feel the love again; and how she's learned to use that in her other relationships in her life.
