The Heart and Science of Plant Communication- Teacher Sally Mark

from The Herb Nerd Podcast

The Heart and Science of Plant Communication- Teacher Sally Mark Monica Tomasi begins by talking about estrogen excess and estrogen deficiency and the signs and symptoms and then we get into talking about supporting HERBS! We all have the capacity to connect and communicate with plants and the natural world, but few of us in modern society have had teachers who could guide us on this path. Whether you are an experienced herbalist, new to herbal medicine, or simply a lover of plants, we talk about how plants can guide us, teach us, and to heal us physically, emotionally and spiritually.  Sally J. Mark has lead a life inspired by the magical teachings of Plants, Elements, Mother Earth and Spirit and today we talk about how we can connect deeper with plant medicine. We also talk about her upcoming 3-day intensive at Peaceful Pines Eco Retreat Center. It is here where we will explore both science and traditional knowledge to learn how to communicate with plants and understand their wisdom. Through traditional dream journeying and entering the daydream of the plant, we will come to understand the spirit of a plant, and learn how it can serve as a guide, ally, and friend, helping us in our lives with everything from managing serious physical illness to making decisions in our lives. Join us as we learn how to align with the plants and listen deeply.
