The word accountability often conjures up the thought of control and telling people what to do or how to behave. But, the heart of true accountability is not based in control. It's a partnership between believers of allowing people and leaders to speak into your life and help you grow into what is God's best for you. Accountability can be tough when those who love you speak into your life and highlight blindspots that hinder you on your journey to fullness in Christ.
