Think about the last time you bought a new vehicle, invested in a piece of land, or took a major financial risk. The moment your hard-earned capital left your hands, something shifted inside of you . You suddenly started tracking the market trends, checking the security of that asset, and paying close attention to things you used to ignore. Our emotional investment followed your financial one.​Jesus exposed this exact human mechanic when He said, 'Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.' We often get the equation backward—we think we have to wait for our hearts to feel like loving God before we give Him our best. But the Kingdom law says our affection follows our investment. If our treasure is tied up in worldly validation, temporary security, or material comfort, our hearts will naturally squat in those spaces. Loving God with the whole of our heart means we must deliberately relocate our treasure. When we invest our prime time, our deepest talents, and our resources into His Kingdom, our hearts will naturally lock into His presence.
