Tom Shed came by the show to talk about The Heritage Festival merging with the Frank Thomas Festival! Launching Saturday January 25th , the event will be held at Gold Head which is one of Florida's first state parks, the park is a 600-acre site built by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) during the 1930s. Tom Shed would like to invite the community to enjoy the Florida State parks and also invites them to experience a piece of history at one of Florida’s first state parks. Take a Walk Back in Time and see historic demonstrations, antique cars, tractors and steam engines. Learn the old-fashioned way of cast iron cooking. Civil War re-enactors will be posing proudly by rustic campsites and cannons. Take a park tram tour or just sit back and enjoy the live music. Food concessions will be on site.Featuring Florida’s Best Singer/Songwriters. Including television and music star Jim Stafford and Frank Thomas.
