The Heroine Saves The Day

The core of this track is a modular patch that I was using to generate a rhythmic ambient 'background' for track for the ambient album I'm now working on. However fiddling with the settings revealed this other sound - swirly background noises with a self perpetuating bass beat (Maths and the MMG modulating each other basically. The beat is Maths end of cycle on channel 4 hitting the accent input on the MMG. The Maths channel is triggered by the output of the MMG.). I used the Moog mother 32 to add a bass line and the strings and piano sound seemed to compliment it . One of those unexpected tracks that just emerge while doing something else!
