The Hidden Conflict No One Talks About

You look at your bank account and wonder: Why isn’t it working?You’re doing everything they told you— posting online, showing up for clients, charging what you’re “worth.” And still, the money trickles in.You feel a deep, quiet tension: How can I honor my spiritual path and still make money to not just survive, but thrive?No one warned you that the systems you’re trying to follow— the funnels, launches, and pricing formulas— were created for a masculine way of doing business. The masculine business model thrives in an economy designed by men for men.It’s no wonder you feel abandoned and frustrated. Your strengths as a women need a different environment to shine.The Masculine EconomyThe masculine economy rewards hustle, control, and competition. It’s more linear in nature (A - B - C = D) and the results are measurable. The emphasis is on doing, not being. Women tend to struggle in a masculine-based system, because it highlights a man’s strengths and dismisses feminine power. I can’t tell you how many times I sat in a meeting full of men, discussing a problem. When I offered a solution, it was dismissed out of hand, but after several minutes, another person - a man - made the same suggestion and everyone thought he was a genius.Women’s stengths are more subtle and nuanced. We are wired for flow, intuition, and connecting the dots. Science has proven that women’s brains are more flexible than men’s, because women can access both the left and right side of their brains. Men tend to stay in one side or the other. The end result is that it takes a man longer to catch up to the conclusion the woman reached several minutes ago. I am not disparaging men - far from it. We need your doing ability and focus! All I am asking is for you to be open to the fact that women think differently, and we may have some great insights that you haven’t considered.What helps women thrive?You are wired for flow, intuition, connection. You seek out collaboration and valuable relationships that support the overall goals of the group. Data points and metrics come later, after you have allowed your intuition to guide your next steps.But we live in a masculine economy, don’t we? And every time you try to force yourself to succeed in that system, something inside you resists. You feel drained. You feel off. Please know - there’s nothing wrong with you. You are operating inside a system that wasn’t designed to support you.It’s not a mindset problem. It’s your inner wisdom whispering: There’s another way.Here’s what I want you to hear: You don’t have to choose between your spiritual calling and financial abundance.That’s a false choice.Your wealth doesn’t come from how hard you work. It comes from how aligned you are with Divine Love.When you learn to create from your strengths and access the authentic you, people notice. You stand in the sweet spot of being, and from that place, money flows—not because you chase it, but because you’re finally open to receive. The conflict you feel isn’t failure. It’s your invitation to show up differently - as presence.Presence is knowing you are beloved. You came from Love and as you give Love (through being), you receive Love in return. You are present to the Presence of Life that animates everything. It’s a beautiful exchange of giving and receiving. ♾️There is so much to share with you as we walk this journey together.
