I am thrilled to spotlight Tina Patterson, whose career in dentistry spans more than a decade and bridges both clinical excellence and business expertise!   Tina began her journey as a registered dental assistant in private practice before joining the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry.  There, she supported oral and maxillofacial surgery residents and assisted with complex surgical procedures, giving her deep insights into patient care, clinical workflows, and the challenges clinicians face daily.   After years in surgery, Tina transitioned into the business side of dentistry, stepping into marketing and sales, where she partners closely with dental practices and DSOs.  Her strong clinical foundation, paired with hands-on experience supporting doctors, has fueled her success in enterprise sales, especially as dentistry evolves toward AI-driven solutions.  Tina is especially passionate about how artificial intelligence is transforming dentistry, improving efficiency, elevating patient care, and driving stronger practice outcomes.  She is energized by being part of the innovation shaping the future of the industry.
