In this solo episode I'm talking all things THRIFTING! Shopping second hand can feel like the perfect loop hole for your little treats, without breaking the bank or the environment. But the guilt-free dopamine dispenser of shopping second hand, whether on apps like Vinted and Depop, or in op shops, charity shops and vintage stores, can lead to unhelpful behavioural cycles that leave you with more questions than answers.

In my year-long experiment of not buying any clothes, I banned thrifting too. Now, I'm learning to integrate second hand shopping back into my overall approach to clothing and style, and WOW, I learned a lot. This episode will share my insights into the dopamine trap of second hand shopping, and the skills to master in order to be able to do it mindfully.
