It's no secret that I'm a huge proponent of Jiu-Jitsu. In fact, I'm sure you guys get sick of me talking about it on the podcast so much. But I do because over the past year and a half, I've come to find immense value in the practice and seen the benefits (sometimes hidden) of what it offers. My guest today is someone who I've been following for quite some time. His name is Nick Albin "Chewy" and he's a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blackbelt.
