Katie Bock is an International Best-Selling Author from the Book Entangled No More.  She is the creator of the Illuminations card deck and host of Living Free & Fulfilled, a podcast with real talk about life, spirituality and living life your way.  She is passionate about creating space and support for those who wish to rediscover their power, inner wisdom and magick.  At age 19, Katie became a mom and she is now the proud mama of three boys. She survived an abusive relationship, grew from her wounds and continues that healing journey every day because she believes there is always space to expand.  In 2013 she graduated with a degree in Massage Therapy which led into yoga. Since than she has become a 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher, Holistic Health Coach, and Holy Fire/Karuna/Crystal Reiki Master.  Katie combines her knowledge in yoga, meditation, energy work, trauma-informed care and mindset to create containers for empowerment, transformation and growth.
