The Higher-Ground Rat

Text: 1st Samuel 10: 1, 5 - 7, 9 - 12, 17 - 24, 27. Focus: Just like the highway rat, Saul may have felt a deep sense of inadequacy, and a sudden higher position may feel undeserved and unattainable. Pastor Ola makes us understand that they’ll always be better qualified people but we are able because God is able! We are chosen for a higher purpose by a higher power who knows our abilities and yet calls us the CHOSEN ONES!
