As a longtime former host of the show Rick shares his perspective with two current hosts and talks about some major changes the show seen over the years. Behind-the-Scenes: Eric takes the reigns on this segment as we touch on some of the highlights from the Wisconsin Cheese Renaissance episode of DW. From the Master Cheesemaker Program in Madison and center for dairy research to two of the worlds largest cheese competitions.
